- Display supporting at least 16-bit colors.
- OS: Mac OSX 10.3 and higher
- CPU: G3 500Mhz
- System Memory (RAM): 256MB
- Hard Disk: 5MB free space
- Display: Supporting at least 16-bit colors.
All our existing users of GenoPal version 2.5 and below are eligible for a FREE upgrade to GenoPal v3.0.
- For Existing v2.5 Users Download the relevant link and input your Registration Name and Serial Number.

Please email us at support@genopal.com with your registered name and order number to obtain a new serial number.
Yes, we have a Windows Vista version now. Click here to buy.
You have three options to buy GenoPal:
- Click here to go to our website shopping cart and purchase by Credit card or Paypal.
- If you're running the trial version of GenoPal, restart the software. A splash screen will give you the option to buy online.
- If the above options don't work, send us an email to sales@genopal.com. We will assist you with your shopping.
GenoPal stays on top of other windows unless minimized. That means that you can always use Adobe's color tool to pick up colors generated in GenoPal. Just select Adobe's eye-dropper tool, hold and drag the cursor from the workspace to GenoPal's generated colors.
Click here to retrieve your Serial Number, User Name etc. Please note that you will be redirected to a site outside of GenoPal.

- Unlimited times, but only on 2 unique machines (PC/Mac)
- For activation on more machines, you can purchase additional licenses or revoke unwanted activation on old machines. Just email support@genopal.com if you need any help with these issues.

Yes, if your serial number starts with GPPRO or GPCLS. If not, please contact us for assistance at support@genopal.
